Five years after his heroic victory over imperial parts he is betrayed by the government, which is sworn to serve, sent to jail for crimes not committed, and sentenced to death.
On the day of the planned execution of experimental Spencer terrorists detonate a bomb in Ascension City, which causes catastrophic earthquake, turning the city into a heap of ruins, and wipe the vast majority of the population. In the hands of the massive terrorist organization falls and air defense of the city, and their intentions remain unclear. FSA has only one outcome – an attack behind enemy lines, and this is the perfect task for Bionic Commando.
